- Be frugal with food and electricity – we can still eat fresh and healthy and we don’t need lights or TV’s on if no-one is in the room
- Don’t pay attention and be attracted to the lifestyles of the wealthy – their wealth has probably come from your pocket
- Build community that helps each other out – a smile, a hello and a ‘how are you?’ chat on the way costs nothing and could mean everything
